Ralphs at Ocean Ranch in Dana Point is, without a doubt, the best supermarket I've ever shopped at. Since moving nearby two years ago, I've consistently experienced friendly and helpful staff, a well-managed store, and a constant supply of fresh food. While the deli can be a bit slow, it's a minor issue in an otherwise perfect shopping experience. Five stars all the way!
Not the biggest Ralph's, but the employees are mostly nice (one lady in the deli should be avoided at all costs). Because they are on the smaller side the selection feels limited in some areas.

This grocery chain is always clean and organized. The prices are reasonable and the food fresh.
Seems no matter the time of day or night, it's always so peaceful at this Ralph's. Lately, there seems to be a general overload of stock being stored in the aisles that can make it difficult to maneuver, but even then, they seem to always have what I went there for and if it's not out on the floor they'll go check and bring it out for you from the back. AND usually their late night help is pretty patient letting you get in and out without any grief about it being last minute. 🤍💜🩵

This store is huge with an amazing variety available for most products. They have a huge produce section that is really well managed and maintained. And my favorite aspect is that the staff that are so friendly and helpful and genuine, its easy to have conversation and to feel like the store is an extension of our community here in Dana Point.
